Adult Sites :
We do not host any kinds of Adult Sites. We will take strict action on the
person hosting any adult site on our Servers. Possible actions include warnings,
account suspension or cancellation.
Server abuse:
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer is strictly
prohibited.
Bandwidth Usage and Data Transfer
Policies:
All the hosting plans includes allocated data transfer per month and no extra fees are
charged for this data transfer. Traffic will go unmonitored until you reach allocated data
transfer per month. Thereafter, normal data transfer cost will be directly billed to
your account.
Commercial advertisements with e-mail:
Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in
account suspension or cancellation. Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most Usenet
discussion groups and on most e-mail mailing lists. Inappropriateosting may result
in account suspension or cancellation.
Payment Policies:
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. There is no setup fees for any account,
however every account is required to pay in advance. Hosting reserves the
right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon.
Cancellation:
Pak Hosting Services reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees
paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by Hosting Best.
Payments Method:
Payments in Credit Card will not be accepted by Pakistani Resident,
anyone living in Pakistan is request to pay by check, Draft or Cash in Pakistani Ruppees.
